Plus, the books actually grew up as they progressed throughout the seven year timeline. Each one showed a more mature story than the previous. The writing got a lot better, even if Rowling became more pressured as the popularity of the series grew. It became more than children&#039;s books (and I really hope you aren&#039;t comparing it to Goosebumps or any other &quot;children&#039;s books&quot; like that).

I agree with your opinion about the movies, that it was probably way too unrealistic to create a movie series based on these books, especially when the quality suffers and nobody really notices...

..but, I have to ask, did you ever even read the books? Because I&#039;m beginning the question the relevance of your statement...
